Returns and Warranties
Racquets	Warranty: Racquets sold through the CSRC Online store have a one year manufacturers warranty from the purchase date. Returned racquets will be determined to be defective by the manufacturer. All manufacturer decisions are final. If the manufacturer determines your racquet was not defective, your racquet will be returned to you with an explanation from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer determines your racquet was defective you have two options. Option One: You can receive the current replacement racquet from the manufacturer (NOTE: this may not be the same racquet you purchased). This replacement does not include shipping or stringing costs. Option Two: You can receive a CSRC Online Store credit for the amount of the original racquet purchase. New Return: The racquet can not be used (no fuzz on strings, no scrapes on paint or grommet. The plastic wrap must still be on the grip. A $10 fee will be assessed for re-stocking if the racquet was the correct racquet ordered.
Strings	Warranty: Strings do not come with a manufacturers warranty. New Return: Strings can be returned if they are unused and still in their original packaging. A $3 fee will be assessed for re-stocking (per set) if the string was the correct string ordered.
Grips	Warranty: Grips do not come with a manufacturers warranty. New Return: Grips can be returned if they are unused and still in their original packaging. A $3 fee will be assessed for re-stocking (per grip) if the grip was the correct grip ordered.
NOTE	All returns that are necessary due to an error by the CSRC online store will be FULLY refunded.
